Pure You New You Concierge Package

This package has been designed for the mums who have decided that now is the time to get the surgery they've been delaying until "Charlie can sleep on his own", "Bella starts preschool", or "Oli no longer needs to be carried."  Charlie, Bella and Oli are nearly 10.  Sound familiar? 

If you have decided to take the plunge and finally get your post baby body back but don't want it to disrupt your family by bringing them with you when you travel interstate for surgery, then this is the package for you.  

We'll support you with a Patient Concierge to escort you from hospital to your hotel on the day of your discharge, a Recovery Concierge to escort you to your post op appointment with your surgeon and an Airport Concierge on the day you fly home so that you don't have to struggle through the airport with your luggage.  To ensure you're feeling fresh we'll also treat you to an in room hair wash and blow dry around day 2 or 3 post op.   To see that you start your recovery smoothly, we'll also include our Essentials Recovery Pack (value $175) so that you'll have all the essentials and a few pamper items to celebrate the new, pure you. 

Our Pure You­ Patient Concierge offers discreet and supportive care for patients travelling on their own for surgery.  All of our Concierges have had plastic surgery themselves; they are experienced with some of the best recovery techniques in the industry.  They work closely with some of Australia's top plastic surgeons to bring you the very best care.

Pure You offers you support in many different ways.  If you are travelling on your own for surgery in Sydney, Brisbane, the Gold Coast or Melbourne, we can support you so that you are free to focus on your smooth recovery.  (Other cities coming soon - please contact us should you require support outside of these locations.) 

Our Concierges can assist you with hospital discharge, recovery support, airport drop off, a long stay concierge service, grocery collection or we can tailor a support package specific to your needs.

You will be required to have someone with you when you are discharged from hospital, you will not be able to leave on your own.  Your Patient Concierge will be called by your hospital once you are ready to be discharged.  This is usually around 1-2 hours after your surgery, but can be longer as we will need to wait until your surgeon is out of theatre and ready to clear you to leave.  The nurses at the hospital will provide your Patient Concierge with your post op care and medication instructions.  They will then escort you back to your home or hotel via their private transport or will walk you if staying close by to your hospital.  Your Patient Concierge will see that you are set up in your room for maximum comfort by ensuring your 'recovery' space is conducive to your wellbeing. They will fill your scripts at the local chemist and collect a few items from the grocery store for you if required.

Our Pure You­ Patient Concierges are booked for a minimum of three hours as that has been found to be an appropriate amount of time to ensure you are met in hospital recovery, escorted back to your home or hotel and given time to get yourself comfortable with being on your own.  You may request longer and this additional time will be charged at $100 an hour and payable in advance.  Please contact us should you wish to purchase another block of time, or you may like to pre-purchase a block of sixty minutes via the option above.  Should your allocated time exceed the purchased time limit on the day of discharge, Pure You will invoice you for the pro rata time used.

All incidentals such as car parking, pharmacy costs or groceries are paid for by the Client (purchaser).  This can be coordinated between you and your Concierge on the day, or prior via email.

Our Patient Concierges have likely experienced a surgery that is similar to yours.  We are best positioned to ensure your recovery is not only smooth, but even enjoyable, that is our goal.

Our Recovery Concierge will escort you to your post op appointment with your surgeon.  This may be anywhere from day 2 to day 5 post op.  Your surgeon will schedule this.   This service is booked for two hours.
