I had Heidi care for me for 24hrs after my recent surgery. She was amazing from the moment I contacted her- communication was perfect, she answered every question promptly, and was available to ensure I had no concerns about the level of care I would receive. Heidi even dropped in to meet me before my operation and was there afterwards to pick me up from hospital. She even looked after me in her hotel until my accommodation was ready. Heidi took care of my shopping, my drain care, made sure I had nutritious food, and even went out early to make sure I had supplies I needed. She took me to my first post op doctor’s appointment and was there for me the whole time. She was kind, caring and so gentle. We had lots of giggles and I felt so secure knowing she was there. Before she left she even brought me some beautiful flowers. Heidi checked up on me even after the time I had booked her for was over. Pure You are amazing. Heidi is an angel. Recommend 100%.

I had the pleasure of both Heidi & Lena assisting me after Surgery and i was blown away with how amazing these women are. I approached this company when first planning my interstate journey for a BA. Heidi was incredibly prompt and helpful with answering my questions about accommodation. I ended up going with an Airbnb for financial reasons HOWEVER, when I ran into some trouble a week after my BA and needed to have an emergency re-do, I needed somewhere to stay ASAP. Heidi was available to help me immediately and booked me into a wonderful hotel at discounted rates extremely close to my surgeons office at almost midnight for the very next morning. Shes also always there with encouragement, reassurance and a lot of knowledge. 10/10!

From the get go Heidi has been so helpful.
Heidi helped me organise my accommodation and organised a Pure You recovery pack which included sooo many essentials I need for my BA.
Once at the apartments if there was anything I needed Heidi was onto it straight away with no hesitation.
Every question I needed help with Heidi had no problems at all with helping get the answer and explaining everything to be so I would understand.
