We use Sendle for the majority of our deliveries. Should you reside in a remote location or wish to have your order sent to a PO Box, we will use Australia Post.
If you purchase one of our Plastic Surgery Concierge Service packages, we will deliver your Recovery Pack to your hotel so that when you check in, it will be there waiting for you. We will send you the tracking details the moment it is posted so that you can check it's status.
If you purchase one of our Recovery Packs on their own or any other item from our shop, we will send it to the nominated address that you include with your order. You can opt to have it sent anywhere in the country. We are also pleased to offer international shipping, please contact us for a quote.
Should you wish to have your order shipped by Australia Post's Express service, this option will be available at check out. Due to size and weight restrictions, only the Little Bliss and Bliss Recovery Packs are currently available via Express.
Pillow orders can take a few days to a couple of weeks to ship as they are ordered directly from the manufacturer. You will receive a tracking notification the moment it ships from us to you.
